Booking Policy

Our booking policy helps you understand confirmations, check-in rules, and what to expect after payment.

Booking Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed after successful payment and availability validation.
• You’ll receive booking details on the confirmation page and via email/SMS (if enabled).

Guest Details

• Please enter accurate guest details. Name on ID should match where required.
• Some properties may not allow unregistered additional guests beyond the booking guest count.

Check-in / Check-out

• Standard check-in/out times are property-specific.
• Early check-in/late checkout is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

House Rules

• Follow property rules regarding noise, visitors, smoking, pets, etc.
• Damages may be billed separately by the property.

Payments

Payments are collected via secure payment gateways. If payment is reversed/failed, booking may not be confirmed.
