  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and/or confirmation (as displayed on the checkout/confirmation screen).
  • Please review the property details, inclusions, check-in/out times and house rules before booking.
  • You must provide accurate guest details (name, phone, email). Incorrect details may lead to booking issues.

3) Check-in Requirements

  • A valid government ID may be required at check-in.
  • The property may refuse entry for invalid ID, mismatch in guest details, or violation of property rules.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

  • Prices shown may be per night and may exclude certain charges unless stated.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST where applicable) may be included or added at checkout based on property rules.
  • Invoices/receipts are provided as per booking/payment records and applicable rules.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the property’s cancellation policy and the booking terms shown at the time of booking. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy page for general guidance.

6) Payments

  • Payments are processed via secure payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your card/bank details on our servers.
  • If payment fails or is reversed, the booking may not be confirmed.

7) User Responsibilities

  • Do not misuse the platform, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use the website for unlawful activity.

8) Reviews & Content

  • Reviews should be genuine, respectful and based on real experiences.
  • We may remove content that violates policies, is abusive, misleading or illegal.

9) Limitation of Liability

Ghoomein Booking acts as a platform. The stay experience, amenities, service quality and compliance are the responsibility of the property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from property service issues, delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated terms.
